Over the last 30 years, we have heard lots of great feedback on our Science Clubs and Camps. Parents and children love to tell us why they choose Champions Science Adventures year after year. Additionally, our programs receive a lot of local and national press coverage. All of this shows we are the best science program in the nation!
I was impressed with the projects' educational value and my children's ability to retain what they learned because it was fun.
My son has been enrolled in S. A. camps for the last two years. He has really enjoyed the experience. I love the fact that S. A. Camps have heightened his interest in science.

i only wish school was as exciting and educational as camp was....my son tested very high on the GATE entry testing this year, and this camp was exactly what he needed to get his mind going, and providing him an outlet for all that thinking he does...he loved it...if we could afford it, i would of sent him to the rocket one too...it was a huge thing to be able to afford the one he did...i am a single mom raising him without any other support, so money is very very tight, but this was worth every penny!!!...we will do it again next year for sure!....thank you!!
My kids had a much better time than I ever would have expected. They admired/respected the staff and completed very stimulating/interesting projects.

It's been very positive all 'round. The boys love it. By the way, I have two kids involved: one entering first grade and one entering fourth grade. Both boys have made friends, learned much, and had a great time.

My son attended a half-day program last year and insisted he attend all day this year, because he had such fun the first time. It's great that you have well developed afternoon activities, not just free play and "babysitting." He loved coming home with something new every single day, and we have performed some of the activities at home. The staff is terrific, and your program really encourages creative thinking!

Liked the safety rules. My child said: "all the children had fun!" She enjoys this program very much. She attended last year as well. We are signed up for Gizmos and Goop in a couple weeks.

Great program!!! The staff was excellent and by the 2nd day I felt like they already knew my children. Loved the projects that they completed and could not believe how much they did during each day. The kids came home excited and happy to go back the next day.
This has helped Huntington meet new friends. It has been very successful in keeping his attention and mind active.
I was so happy the very first day when I picked up my 5 year old from camp she was in a good mood. She wasn't pooped which means she wasn't bored all day long and she wouldn't stop talking about her day.
My boys have done this camp for three years now and I love the friendly knowlegable, and patient staff. I was expecially impressed with this years staff. I have a very active boy and they worked very well with him he not only had a great time but learned so much.

Miss Edie (who also is his after school science teacher as well) is a fantastic teacher. She keeps my son's interest level high and makes learning fun.

The staff was very friendly, They were able to make it learning experiance and fun for everyone.
My son was able to describe very well for a 6 year old what he learned each day and he was always excited to demonstrate the experiments. I loved the way he pronounced centrifugal force..he calls it tripical force.

My son was nervous that he would not have fun or would be with little kids....he had a blast. He loved it. Was fun to pick him up and listen to him go on and on about all the fun he had.

I was very pleased with a phone call that I received prior to my son starting camp regarding any special needs related to his
ADHD. It was comforting to be able to speak to someone prior to camp starting. I also received daily information from the teachers.
The staff and the take-homes were fantastic! We have paid more for less and been far less satisfied.
My daughter loves science already, but this camp only reasured her "that science is the best subject in the world." She loves hands on activities. She is always looking for some "experiment to create".
I have a 7 year old, 9 year old, and a 10 year old. They truly loved the program. They loved building all the different things.

My children have major food allergies and so far after 4 camps they mananged to keep them safe.
"Our counselors, Drake & Leann were outstanding counselors. My son, Brendan, has Type I Diabetes, and has never been out of my care for more than a few hours. Drake and Leann dealt with it in a very professional manner and made Brendan feel safe and like they were in control. They were great with the kids and Brendan thought they were extremely funny. They made him feel very comfortable. I love the fact that you can request to have the kids be grouped with their friends."
My son loved the Goop Camp.. he cried when he realized day five was the last day... he is registered for rocket camp next week
and can't wait!
It would be great if there were more topics and more weeks available in Auigust.
Both of my boys attended camp (one going into 3rd grade, one going into 1st) and they LOVED it! They couldn't wait to go every day and never complained it was too long. They came home very excited about all the projects they made, and explained how/why everything worked. Jackie and Christine were great! They can't wait to go to another of your camps next summer!

I thought my son would enjoy science camp but I am surprised how much he loves it. I originally signed him up for two weeks but after the first day he was begging me to sign him up for a third. And I did. We are so pleased with his camp experience.

Your staff was wonderful. You can have the best camp out there, but if the staff doesn't want to be there or isn't happy it doesn't make for a great camp experience. You had great staff, a wonderful camp week of projects, and one very excited and happy camper that can't wait for next year.

my son is an add kid who can be disruptive in class yet he seemed to have lots of fun and be handled well by the rec leaders, which i really really appreciated.
The counselors made a point of knowing whose mom I was and spoke to me daily of my son's experiences.

I can't say enough about my child experience with Science Adventures Camp. My child has learned so much, the activity was great, the take home projects were equally fun and I can't forget about the friendly staff. They were wonderful.
My son has been attending for the last 3 summers and has loved each and every session. He comes home from camp each day to show off his "backback of wonders." The staff has been great in working with his social and phyiscal disabilities.
Donovan loves it so much he talked the neighbor boy , Ryan Foley, into joining him for the second week...THEY LOVED IT...
