Important Note:  Despite being promoted as a camp on the main page of the Champions website, the Champions summer science program is not inspected by the Andover Board of  Health and therefore does not hold a Recreational Camp for Children’s license (State Sanitary Code, Chapter IV – 105 CMR 430.000) by the Andover Board of Health.
 
The Champions summer science program falls under the following exemption:
 
Massachusetts Department of Public Health Camp Regulation #430.020 (4) (d) a classroom based instructional program provided that no specialized or high risk activities (See 430.103 - horseback riding, hiking, scuba diving, rock climbing, firearms, canoeing and aquatic events) are conducted as part of the program.
