Financial Assistance and Discounts
Some families may be eligible for financial assistance or tuition discounts, including employer, sibling, military, and public programs. Check with your site director before registering to see if you qualify and to receive any required discount code, documentation, or authorization number.

Before- and After-School: Grades TK-4th
Ages: 4-11
Dates: 2025/2026 School Year: Dates based on School District’s schedule.
Hours: 6:00 AM - 8:10 AM // 2:20 PM - 6:30 PM (Wednesdays 1:05 PM - 6:30 PM)
Spring Break
Dates: March 30 - April 3, 2026
Kids get a taste of math, science, sports and more during this weeklong program. During Spring Break at Champions, we get kids excited about summer with a sneak preview of all the excitement planned during our 12-week Summer Break. Parents love the convenience of having Spring Break programming at their regular Champions site, right inside their school.
Champions Summer Break
Dates: June 15 - July 31, 2026
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Champions Summer Break:
Monday - Friday: $160 per week
Tuesday - Thursday: $120 per week
1 day: $55 per week
Your Champions fees and tuition will be covered by Cloverdale USD Grant Funding. Please contact your school to confirm qualifications.
How soon can my child start Champions?
Your child can attend our program as early as 48 hours after you complete the online enrollment process.
When is tuition due?
You’ll receive your weekly invoice every Thursday, and AutoPay processes on Monday for the week ahead. AutoPay will also process additional charges, such as drop-in days or fees.
What if I want to change my child’s care schedule?
You can make changes up until Wednesday before the upcoming week. After that, changes depend on available space and will include a drop-in fee. You can set up a custom schedule online for specific dates. Just remember to re-enter your regular schedule afterward so your child keeps their spot.
