Some families may be eligible for financial assistance or tuition discounts, including employer, sibling, military, and public programs. Check with your site director before registering to see if you qualify and to receive any required discount code, documentation, or authorization number.

The Tacoma Child Care Collaborative was established to bring together a network of Child Care providers who offer fair and consistent pricing, shared hours of operation, shared collaboration of Child Care policies, and equitable access to licensed Child Care at District elementary schools throughout Tacoma.
Ages: 5-12 years (Children under 5 are NOT accepted due to school age licensing requirements)
Hours: 7:15 AM - Start Bell // School Bell - 6:00 PM
Pricing:
Full-time Care: AM/PM, Mon-Fri: $575/monthly
Part-time Care: AM ONLY, Mon-Fri: $350/monthly
Part-time Care: PM ONLY Mon-Fri: $375/monthly
Non School Day Rate $50/Day – for currently enrolled students
Half Day Rate $30/Day
$50 Registration Deposit (No Registration Fees)

Ages: 5+
Dates: 2025/2026 School Year: Dates based on School District’s schedule.
Hours: 7:15 AM - 9:00 AM // 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
2025/2026 School Year
Before-School:
1-5 days: $80 per week
After-School:
1-5 days: $86 per week
2026/2027 School Year
Before-School:
1-5 days: $80 per week

SY 25/26 Registration Fees: $50 per student or $100 per family
Early Release: $30 per day

How soon can my child start Champions?
Your child can attend our program as early as 48 hours after you complete the online enrollment process.
When is tuition due?
You’ll receive your weekly invoice every Thursday, and AutoPay processes on Monday for the week ahead. AutoPay will also process additional charges, such as drop-in days or fees.
What if I want to change my child’s care schedule?
You can make changes up until Wednesday before the upcoming week. After that, changes depend on available space and will include a drop-in fee. You can set up a custom schedule online for specific dates. Just remember to re-enter your regular schedule afterward so your child keeps their spot.
