Some families may be eligible for financial assistance or tuition discounts, including employer, sibling, military, and public programs. Check with your site director before registering to see if you qualify and to receive any required discount code, documentation, or authorization number.

Enroll now for Summer Champ Camp 2026! Please note that the summer program may move to a nearby school location as we monitor enrollment activity. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if this program is going to take place at another school in your area.
The Pemberton Early Childhood Center summer program is only for students who attend or are enrolled at the Pemberton Early Childhood center. The students must be 3 to 5 years of age.
If your student was selected to attend any Pemberton School District half day summer programs, you need prior approval to attend half day Champions.
- If Pemberton is closed Champions is closed. Parents who are scheduled are charged for the first three inclement weather closures; staff who are scheduled are paid for the days.
- If Pemberton opens for a two-hour delay, Champions opens two hours late.
- If Pemberton closes school during the day, Champions is closed in the PM. SD please make sure you have access to your family contact information so we can support contacting families that school, and Champions is closed.

Pre-Kindergarten is 3 years old to 5 years of age. School age 6 years to 12 years of age.
If you are interested in financial support please visit www.bccap.org. If you go to the programs, go to childcare resource and referral you will find the application and fill it out online. You will also see the income guidelines. On our website, there is also a chat box to where you can talk to someone one on one with any questions you might have.
How soon can my child start Champions?
Your child can attend our program as early as 48 hours after you complete the online enrollment process.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is charged weekly on Thursday mornings for the following week, and is due by Friday. Payments can be made with a debit or credit card through your online account. We offer autopay for your convenience, so you can store your payment account and it will be charged weekly.
What if I want to change my child’s care schedule?
Flexibility is the magic word for busy families like yours! At Champions, you can adjust your child’s schedule from week to week, with options for full-time or part-time care.
Every Wednesday, we lock in the schedule and prepare invoices for the following week. So, if you want to adjust the days your child will be joining us, make sure to save changes by the Wednesday prior to the week of care you’re scheduling.
If your child attends our program and you haven’t scheduled by the Wednesday prior, you will be charged a drop-in fee at a higher rate.
